Mrs. Schrameck joined the instrumental music team at West Clermont Local Schools in 2013 as Director of Bands at Amelia Middle School and Amelia High School. As a native of the Greater Cincinnati area, Mrs. Schrameck graduated from Fairfield High School in 2002 and received a Bachelor Degree in Music Education degree from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio in 2006. She also holds a Master of Music in Music Education degree from Florida State University. Throughout her high school and college education, Mrs. Schrameck studied saxophone with James Bunte and Jeffery Powers.

Prior to teaching at West Clermont, Mrs. Schrameck taught for three years in the Milford Exempted Village School District, where she was the Director of the High School Concert Band, Co-director of the Marching Band and Pep Band, Sixth Grade Woodwind Instructor, and Assistant for the Seventh and Eighth Grade Bands. Mrs. Schrameck also spent one year as the Fifth and Sixth Grade Band and Orchestra Director at Spinning Hills Middle School in the Mad River Local School District.

Mrs. Schrameck is a member of the Delta Omicron Professional Music Fraternity, the Music Educators National Conference, and the Ohio Music Education Association. She is thankful for the continuous support from her family, colleagues, and professors. Mrs. Schrameck’s musical endeavors are supported by her husband, Paul and daughter, Norah.

Zachary Poller – WCMS Director of Bands – poller_z@my.westcler.org – (513) 947-7509
Zach Poller joined the West Clermont band program in 2019 as the Visual Director. He holds a Bachelors of Music in Music Education from Ohio University.

 

Zach is also a member of the United States Army and serves as a Bandsman with the 100th Army Band out of Fort Knox, Kentucky. He likes to go to the gym, play sand volleyball, and enjoys exploring local food places in Cincinnati.

Ryan Reed – WC Percussion Instructor – rreedpercussion@gmail.com
Ryan Reed is a percussion educator and designer currently in the Cincinnati, OH, area. He is the percussion director for West Clermont High School. Ryan is a front ensemble instructor for Matrix Performing Arts. He is also an instructor with Phantom Regiment and the front ensemble arranger, and instructor, with Southwind Drum and Bugle Corps. Previously, Ryan served as the front ensemble arranger for the Skyliners (2016-17), Sunrisers (2018) and White Sabers (2019-21). He has also served as a front ensemble instructor for the Empire Statesmen (2009), Glassmen (2012) and front ensemble instructor/coordinator for Capital City Percussion (2013-15).

 

Ryan received a B.M. in Music Education from Kent State University where he studied percussion with Ted Rounds. As a performer in the marching arts, Ryan was a front ensemble member of Matrix Percussion from 2006-2008, taking part in the ensembles European tour in 2008. He was also a member of the Empire Statesmen Drum and Bugle Corps in 2007 and 2009, and the Glassmen Drum and Bugle Corps in 2008. In 2016, Ryan performed with Matrix International for the 2016 Chaiayi City International Band Festival in Chiayi City, Taiwan.

 

In addition to teaching, Ryan is a designer for marching bands and indoor drumlines around the country. Ryan is also an endorser for Innovative Percussion and Mapex/Majestic Percussion.
