Make a Monetary Donation

Please support West Clermont Band with a monetary donation. 100% of your donation is spent on experienced staff members, feeding the band students at various events, participation in competitions & contests and supplies, among much more. Simply click the Donate button below to be taken to PayPal to make a secure donation.




Kroger Community Rewards

Sign up for Kroger Community Rewards through your Kroger Rewards account. Free to register and a percentage of all your purchases will be donated to the West Clermont Band Boosters after you designate us. The West Clermont Band Boosters organization code is QG378.

Through Your Employer

A Dollars for Doers program is a corporate employee giving program in which a company provides grants to nonprofits where employees and retirees volunteer on a regular basis. If you are interested, please ask your employer if they participate. If they do and you would like to contribute to West Clermont Band Boosters, please reach out to our Treasurer to get more information.

 

Dine to Donate

Dine to Donate Days are scheduled throughout the school year. Area restaurants will give a portion of your bill to the West Clermont Band Programs. Watch Facebook and Instagram for designated Dine to Donate dates and times.

Targeted Fundraising

 

Tag Day

Tag Day is a community-wide event through which the West Clermont Band Programs, a non-profit organization, gain exposure. On a Saturday during the summer, the marching band requests donations by distributing tags in neighborhoods throughout the district. The winning neighborhood receives a block party featuring the band.

Music & Meatballs

Join us for a catered meal, a raffle, and performances by our bands in our Music & Meatballs fundraiser. Proceeds benefit all 6th-12th grade band students. Family, friends and community welcome!

2024 Plans:

The Music & Meatballs fundraiser will be held on Saturday, February 24.

There are two seatings: 4:30pm and 6:30pm

Spring Blooms Sale

 All 6th-12th grade band and color guard members are participating in this Spring Blooms fundraiser. Planters and hanging baskets are available in a variety of colors.

2024 Plans:

The Spring Bloom Fundraiser begins on March 11.

Orders are due no later than March 25.

Flowers may be picked up on Sunday, May 5. Time TBD.
